    First time I see one of these - C+C

    Found this in a butterfly garden here in Costa Rica. I had never before seen these flowers, and they looked rather pretty, even if they are REALLY tiny! So what do you think of my shot?

    Camera: Sony SLT-A77
    Lens: SAL1680Z Zeiss
    Focal Length: 80mm
    Exposure: 1/90
    ISO 200

    Nice shot, It would be even better if more were in focus, maybe stop down around f/8 and bump up the ISO a little to compensate for the shutter speed loss.

    I like it quite a bit, but then I am a sucker for smooth, blurred, bright green backgrounds... and the flower is pretty.
    I'm even happy enough with the narrow DOF.
