    No flavour?

Are you allowed to say inflammatory things like that on this forum?

Of course it has flavour. A little salt helps, and slow cooking in a tightly covered pot.

i was just eating it for some energy before i exercised rather than eating it for flavor, but i was just commenting on the lack thereof....

no can do on the milk...im lactose intolerant.

    Plain oatmeal
Who'd WANT that to begin with?

With added salt it's no longer plain.
    So it has "salty flavour".
With added brown sugar it is no longer plain.
So it has "brown sugary flavour".

    But with NOTHING?

Ugh... you could also chew up your shoe box...

it tastes great, it has flavour.

of course it gets a bit more interesting if you add water and salt and cook it into a traditional porridge
