Special Cupcakes

Some cupcake mix, some eggs, some butter and the special ingrediant......

ESPRESSO. A cup and 1/3 of it instead of water. They taste pretty normal, but after 3 cupcakes I am seriously buzzed, its freakin' awesome.

Kinda like when I used to mix almond coffee in with my hot cocoa.

Now back in the 60's I seem to remember one of guys used to make some very interesting brownies but I don't think the magic ingredient was espresso.......
