#1 and #4 are pretty good. Really like them.
However, maybe it's just me but I find the highlights on top of her hair a little harsh. Anyway, you've been uploading some really nice portraits lately. Keep it up!

Agree, the lighting is harsh. This test shoot was done at noon, could it be more challenging?

I kinda like this one but the neck lines are very prominent, what do you think?

I don't think the neck lines would have been a distraction had you not mentioned them. Lol... Otherwise, her skin appears somewhat grayish, but the pose and comp are nice.

A frequent problem through here is that her nose isn't visually separated from her face, because you have no modelling shadows. This is one of several reasons that I think two is excellent. #1 has a marvelous pose, but would have been improved by bouncing a little light onto her face from frame-length, to emphasize the shadow on the near side of her nose. At least, I think that would have helped.

If the MUA wants some feedback:

The eye makeup is quite lovely.

Not so sure about the skin, there's a fair number of minor blemishes clearly visible, and the skin between her nose and cheekbones doesn't look particularly smooth. There's also a curious golden cast in #1 on the bridge of her nose. This might be just light.

Not wild about the lipstick, it's a little too understated with the eye makeup and the clothing.

Thank you for the comment. I actually did have reflected light coming from her right so that I ended up with a nice shadow on the left side of her nose BUT due to color balance issues I was unable (limited skills) to correct in post it had a yellow tinge that I didn't like. I tried using the brush in LR4 to selectively alter the WB in that area...ended up just smoothing it That tinge you see is remnant, it was very visible previously.

I didn't smooth her face otherwise, suppose I should have but I wasn't sure the MUA would have approved. I have since talked with her and she wants me to correct whatever I can with exception to the eyes.

I think the skin texture is the MUA's fault, not yours This is what foundation is FOR!

Beautiful model but she appears a bit blue...
