Smiling brunette in green shirt, white studio background
Sharing an image of a model in the studio. Lighting was umbrellas on background as well as umbrellas on the model.

Nicely captured, 'though I would prefer not to see her bra through the shirt.

Being a bit picky: you cut her off at the wrists and the right side of her face (her right) between the eye and the ear might benefit from lightening a little.
Apart from that I like everything about it. Good looking model, natural, relaxed pose and (in case no-one else noticed that, too) a lovely smile.
It's not brain surgery, it's photography; if you make a mistake nobody dies. Try again!

For those with more experience, correct me if I'm wrong, but I see a couple things here I'd work on...
1. Don't have her face the camera dead-on (square), particularly where she appears to be pretty busty... not a complimentary position for women. Have her turn her body slightly.
2. She appears to be a little hunched at the shoulders- not uncommon for busty women, particularly if they're a little self-conscious about it (though that shirt does not read "self conscious" to me (yow)). Watch your subject's posture.
Something in the positioning of the head, too... I think. Not sure. The Return of the TPF Photo Challenge!
