Pop Photo Shoot Out 2007

Get ready for Shoot-Out 2007. TPF regulars should definitely participate in Popular Photography's Photographer of the Year Contest. In years past, there were several rounds of competition leading to a weeklong three-photographer Shoot-Out on the streets of New York. But this year's event is quite different. The Shoot-Out will be conducted on PopPhoto.com with everything from the assignments to the entries handled online.

This means that anyone can participate, including the members of TPF. And with the prizes of $5000 and the title "The Best Shooter on the Planet," who wouldn't be interested?
