Image hosting
What image hosting do you use? I´m using Open-upload.com - simple, fast, unlimited and free picture hosting
I´m just a begginer amateur. Could you evaluate this hosting?

The #1 place around... GoDaddy is the host for my website and pictures.
Now, in answer to your question... nah, I do not think I want to do your homework for you.
I am sure you can do your own searches on who are the best hosts, who are the most consistent, have the most UP time, who charges the most or the least yourself.
I did mine and that is who I chose.
Now that is for web and picture hosting. I also have a flickr pro account to hold my pictures and network with other photographers.

SmugMug or your own
I had a look at the "Open-Upload" site and I think it is very limiting for what else is out there.
If you are wanting something free with limited advertising have a look at these:
http://flickr.com
http://pbase.com
http://viovio.com
..... and many more if you google "free photography online album"
I like a certain degree of "community" such as special groups and opportunities for shared Albums, etc. So you may want to watch for that if that is what you like. SmugMug (smugmug.com) was great for that.
Example "viovio" album:
http://www.viovio.com/photos/gallery/14204
For free this site is great. Very limited advertising and some travel "community" features. Easy upload - and you can put your photo titles in your EXIF before upload.
Example "flickr" album:
http://www.flickr.com/photos/6583134...7594305014828/
Great and very popular site - lots of "community".
I prefer no advertising on my photo site and I also like to customize the look. Also a good slideshow is nice. I don't mind paying a reasonable amount.
I had a mid-level SmugMug (smugmug.com) account for a couple of years which was great. It ties in nicely with the DigitalGrin photo forum, much like TPF. If you are a bit web-techy you can do some amazing modifications to your pages to customize them. But their templates look pretty good without tweeking - lots of room for expansion over the years. Also they have a great mapping / location option.
Now myself and a friend have set up a domain and hosting on HostPapa (as "rd123.ca"). This is strictly hosting with "unlimited" space and bandwidth. However they offer 3rd party open-source databases (or plugins?) that allow you to easily set up a photo gallery under "Gallery 2" or blogs under "Wordpress". These are extremely customizable with limited techy skills. Gallery 2 includes upload apps, slideshow and the whole works. Also I hope to figure out their mapping / location plugins.
We use the site for all sorts of things including music demos, videos, etc. and are hosting other sites and domains. In Canada I think it is about $60 per year. We are charging $10 per year to our "clients" (mainly non-profit groups, friends and family) plus anything we want to charge individually for initial development. Once the Gallery or Blog is configured the client takes over with adding content.
My rd123.ca (hostpapa) photo site:
Dave's Photos
I put up the "mex09" site to provide several of us travelers to post in a common Album (note the difference in the look).

I am not into the idea of of online galleries like smugmug etc. so if I just need to present an image online somewhere I simply create a link to a location on my server. Also if I need to prepare a quick gallery presentation for clients, it takes two minutes to do something like that in Photoshop and upload it to the server.
