They make these sweet little things now called money orders. you could get one of those. write my name on it and send it to me to check out. I think it would be really cool.

I will be the boring fuddy duddy and say throw it in the bank till you know what you want or need. Personally whenever I spent money to spend money I find whatever I ended up buying, I didnt really need or really wanted in the first place.

Whose idea is it to buy all this photo junk??? I was thinking when you said "Help me spend $500," that you'd be considering something that would be a lot more fun, like say, oh I dunno, maybe three bottles of Patron Silver and a couple of strippers...you could use your current gear, and practice with THAT, and get BETTER!!! You know, use the gear you already have and stuff...

yes you can horde all the gear you like but going out and taking pictures of stuff is what's gonna count.
