    Who cares if someone took there photos or not. Seriously.

    IMO if someone set up all the settings and the person taking the picture is just acting like a shutter release credit should go to the person who set it up. Legally I'm probably wrong, but since the photo is on the camera owners card they wouldn't be able to take the picture home anyway :p.
