QUICK! BUY A CAMERA!
be sure to shoot in manual mode and buy a UV filter to protect the lens and take a million exposures you should learn about tonemapping quick quick and do some B&W conversions couples like that you should use silver efex 2.0 and make sure you use a fast prime no a 10-300mm no zeiss glass no a leica no canon no nikon no shoot film only and a neutral density filter and use long exposures to make the water look smooth and you should use portrait professional v10 i use it and make sure you use a leica and a full frame sensor and for god's sake it's about the LIGHTBlogging about photography: Photos and Stuff.
Gear: Gripped Sinar F1, Vivitar 285HV on a Manfrotto rail, and a bunch of lens caps epoxied into a ball.

I would think a disposable would be the best option (since it's a boat)

Status update: the boat was 26 feet long, it had 5 people and two dogs. No cabin underneath. Close quarters, but I think it went well
