Beth81 I'm in the same boat! I could take pictures all day. Editing... eh. I'm not very good. (As you can see in my post from today with my first pictures I've put on here....) I'm hearing alot about GIMP... Any feedback? Photoshop is really confusing me...

I downloaded the Gimpshow from the gimp website and I can't figure it out at all. Now there again I am new but I have played with it as much as possible and I can't figure it out at all. I was going to ask if there are any other easier programs for starters to learn on? Plus, I have windows vista and I don't think gimp works correctly with my windows? I'm having some issues. |

Gimp is going to be far more difficult than PS, try elements, it is geared toward beginners. In reference to your question, what terms don't you understand? You will just pick them up in the process, by asking questions and observing. If you ever have any questions, make a post.
