    50mm f/2 Ais portrait shot

    Here's a shot I took with the 50mm f/2 AiS lens. This lens is got to be one of the best kept secret. Blows the 50mm AFD f/1.8 away in sharpness and contrast and price too. You can find this lens on ebay for around $75! And it's all metal pro built too. CC on the pic are welcome. =)

    Nice shot! I own a couple of 50 f/2 Nikkors....they "used to be" the "cheap Nikkor 50"...

    still pretty decent lenses compared to today's cheap 50/1.8 AF lenses from Nikon and Canon.
