    embarrassed Help with printing photos!!!

I am brand new to the DSLR world!
    I have the canon t2i.
I shot some pics with my daughter a couple days ago, processed them in adobe lightroom, and decided I wanted to get some printed.
The site I use for printing is called nationsphotolab.com

Well, I loaded my pics to their check out system and they looked fine UNTIL I started selecting the prints! When I would drag the pic over to make sure what u wanted was in their lines, most of the pica look majorly grainy!? They don't show up grainy on my desktop( not even when zoomed in) can anyone tell me why this is happening and is that how they are going to print out?
If u need more info.. I will try to supply! I am so confused!

No its probably not how they are going to print ! Its so that the website works properly because high res pictures slow it down

Just ask them directly, cause they'll actually know.
