have you tried googling the manufacturer of the paper or who printed it to see if there is a breakdown of their codes online?

I'm assuming this pertains to your other post so: I think the best you will ever be able to do if you have no one at all in your family to ask for help - would be to google genealogy aids. There are web sites that help people guesstimate the year a photo was taken. To be honest, I think most people are able to decide approximatly how old they are in a photo of themselves.
This is just my opinion.

yeah, I'm wondering why you can't look at the photo of yourself and estimate your own age? What's really going on?

I believe that is what i wrote. and yes, it should have the negative number, the date, etc. also other inform that is only important to the printer
