C&C per req:
1. While I'm not a fan of the currently popular desaturated look, it is a personal thing. In this case however, the cast is leaning toward the green/brown and not, IMO the most appropriate for a bride. I would level the image and crop one side or the other to move the subjects slightly off-centre. On the plus side, you've got good exposure on the whites, always the most important thing in wedding photography.
2. A nice image, and good exposure, but it does look a little 'flashed' to me, that is, there appears to be a bit of glare from your flash.
3. There was potential here, but I think you may have missed it. The background is very busy and distracting, with bright and dark areas which pull the eye from the subject, and an overly tight crop. The face is under-exposed and really needed a fill light image right. Try and avoid cropping limbs, especially little bits of them such as the child's hand/fingers. If you need to crop limbs, do it boldly and not at/near joints.
Overall, they're not bad at all. The processing is a personal thing. One note, the use of the word 'copyright' in your watermark is redundant when you have the copyright symbol.
Just my $00.02 worth - your mileage may vary.
~John

Thank you John. I do have a habit of using desaturization a bit too much. But I always provide both versions when I show them and then they can choose what they like better. I'm not sure I'd agree with the off-center part though. I think it works in the second one, but not sure about the first.
The second one was a bit of a crazy place to shoot. The back porch of a country club, and not a big porch at that. Not a lot of options for lighting and it was getting dark fast. I have a flash mounted on the side of my camera, maybe if I used my diffuser? This was only my second wedding on my own, so still a lot to learn.
The last one was a case of having the wrong lens on the camera in a tight place. I thought I would give it a try, but you're right, just too tight of a shot. I was playing more with the DOF and changing up the aperture.
As to Diskojoe, these were just three pics I thought I would put up for C&C, not really in a theme. As for the saturation, I guess I prefer to half the saturation then to go totally B&W... Just a preference. What don't you like about it? They seemed like moments that needed a little softening. What are other options?

I agree that the first picture should be slightly off-center; or perhaps cropped to a portrait orientation instead.
I'd really like to see the original of the first two, to compare them to the desaturated versions.

I don't know if I think the desaturation softens the image in this case. I agree that it would be nice to see the color images.

I know you said you didn't want to go fully black and white but I think it would look better! You can do softer looking black and whites.Megan

You have good background blur in the first but it does have some flash harshnesss which could porbably be reduced in post processing. For the second one I would have shot or cropped it to portrait orientation plus the horizon line running across the frame right at the top of her head is a problem.
