Should I sell my 55-200mm zoom lens?

I recently upgraded my camera to the nikon d7000 and I'm probably going to sell my old D3100 + 18-55mm kit lens since I have the 17-55/2.8.

I'm trying to decide whether or not to sell my Nikon 55-200mm VR as well. I bought this lens with the D3100 but honestly never really got much use out of it. Sure, I played with it a lot when I first got it, but after that it didn't get much use since (1) I didn't bring it out with me that often (2) I never really found that I needed such a long focal length zoom.

But I just tried the 55-200 out on my new D7000 and wow, either I just didn't appreciate how good this lens was before (compared to the price) or it just works much better on the d7k.

I was going to use the money I get from selling all this stuff towards getting the 10.5mm fisheye lens, but I almost feel guilty if I sell it now. Doesn't change the fact that the length is still a bit long for me, but still feel like it has so much potential I haven't explored yet.

Anyone go through this? What did you end up doing?

Out of interest why are you after the fisheye lens? Fisheye tends to be one of those effects that, for the majority of the population, gets used once or twice and then never again; even those who make more use of it tend to find that its a special occasions lens rather than a go-to every day lens (of course I'm not discounting that there are some fisheye dedicated users out there, but they are few and far between).

You know that there are wide angle lenses of similar and wider focal lengths which are not fisheye (since I know that a few people think that super wide lenses have to be fisheye and miss that there are wide options on the market which don't carry the fisheye effect).

I actually have an ultra-wide zoom lens for DX already (the Tokina 11-16) and absolutely love it. I'm not after the fisheye as an ultra-ultra wide angle, I'm actually after it specifically for the fisheye effect. I'm situated in Hong Kong right now (and live intermittently in Houston and NYC) and there are so many street scenes in the city that I think "wow, that would've been a really nice shot with the fisheye view." I know it's not a lens to be used frequently, and I'm okay with that
