    Can you identify this mount?

I have a Quantaray 75-200mm that I need help identifying the mount type. It is quite old with manual zoom and aperture.

Bare with me, I am posting from my phone hopefully I can upload pics here?

Thank you very much Derrel and Destin! You both just saved me at least $10 in gas, and a headache.
