Nikon D7000, Sony a77 or wait for Sony a99?

I've narrowed it down to these. I photograph glass beads with fine detail. Any recommendations between these? I can't decide.

Photographing glass beads with fine detail is a lens and lighting issue so pick whichever body/manufacturer has a compatible lens that you'd be happy working with.

I initially was looking at the Sony Alpha line, but decided against them due to it only having an EVF and lack of lens choices. If you are an action photographer there is an advantage in the Sony cameras due to their high frame speeds (due in part to the fixed transparent mirror). Other than that, I'd go for the Nikon or Canon.
