These are all taken for fun, but i was trying my best. started out cloudy and quickly became full sun. I was trying a lot of things and i made a lot of mistakes. i learned a lot. and i would appreciate any help/criticism.
These are the best shots that i got of my Dad(he got 2nd in his age division!)..

Hey asher! I was beginning to wonder where you disappeared to.

These all look great to me considering the time of day you were shooting. Did you get to photograph the finish too?

3, 7, and 10 are my faves. Nice work!

    No photos of them swimming

But I like the fact that you also took photos at the changing stations! The changes are rarely shown. (And so is the swimming ) My son's usually best in the swimming, cycling still ok, and running is his weakest point.

I decided not to shoot the start or finnish. I slept in and missed the start anyway.
I did get a few shots of him coming out of the water but none of them worked.

Anyone think I messed up the skin tone too much in these?

    Thanks for looking.

I think the skin tones look natural with your style of processing.

No, I don't think there's anything obviously wrong with the skin tones, but he does have a visible halo in the last, of course.
