How to accomplish this look

I was looking around on Model Mayhem and ran across this image in one of the model's portfolios... I really liked the was this was processed and was wondering if anyone knew how this particular look was accomplished.

I think it's a combination of partial desaturation and dodging certain skin areas...am I on the right track? Any help appreciated, as I think this would be a good look for some of the portraits I'm going to shoot in the near future. Thanks!

to attain that look...i would:
add HEAVY vignette.
desaturation to taste.
alter hue slightly to add the green tint (or if it was shot with a gel, tint change might not be needed).

like i said...thats how i might try to get that look...other ideas exist im sure (and they may be much better )

Rather than looking first at the processing...look at the lighting.

Big Mike, I'm not what you would call a "lighting expert", but to me this looks like it could be one of several things:

(1) Beauty dish with some kind of gel over it, shot almost straight on, but above eye level, then maybe a boom for a hair/background light, or...
(2) A single silver umbrella (camera left, maybe 7 ft high), reflector (camera right), backdrop light on a boom (?), then some PS for the hue/tint

Do either of these sound plausible?
