Looking for some PP help

Hey everyone,

A friend of mine lost her father just about a year ago. She has finally decided to put a picture of him up in her house (she has had a pretty rough go) and she has given one to me to touch up.

She is wanting it in black and white, with the other person cropped out.

If anyone is willing to give it a go, please let me know and I can email you the file. Here is a low res of what I am working with.
