Mark you keep teasing me with these single shots man... I want to see more from the series!

Classic - on camera look with the soft somewhat orton finish. The S-curve of your subject accentuated by having her place weight towards the front and to the right hip - excellent! Countered by a straight left arm straight down and away from her body while holding on to the bouquet - complimenting!

On the flipside, the uneveness of the blur may it be done in post or tilt shift(looks more like it's from post) that is prominent on the right plane of the shot tells me there's something unnatural. It's my nit but I do understand it's purpose.

Thanks for sharing Mark. I'm digging what you've been posting here.

camz forgot to mention the fact that the straight arm is also away from the body to accentuate the waistline curve.
I too feel like the left side is entirely too clear compared to the right. I also wish all of the arched door/window were included in the image, but honestly? It's just a gorgeous image.

    Camz,
Thank you. The blur is a tilt/shift action I created in Photoshop. I use it very sparingly as it's very easy to overdo it.
Ya know....I see alot of work posted by the up and coming young guns, but I just love the classics.

Exactly. Showing the "window of light" between the inner elbow and waistline keeps the subject slim by showing off her curves.
One of the biggest mistakes I see in bridal portraits is no window of light.
