Definitely a 'senior moment'!..... you've got one image posted twice, you forgot how in use the image tags............ and you posted in the "Test" forum.

How WEIRD...when I posted these they were not linking....and now they are!! The choice of the test forum was deliberate, but I could not recall the right way to apply the [IMG] tags!!!

[IMG] before the image's URL, [/IMG] at the end.

If you apply the IMG tags to links (that are hyperlined in the WYSIWYG editor) they'll just appear as [img]www.google.com[/img]

EXACTLY!!!! Thank you Tyler. That was the exact problem I had, trying to link from Flickr...I have mainly posted from my pBase account, which is where these are hosted. I had at first tried using the [IMG] and [/IMG] tags, as I have always done here on TPF...but with the images hosted at Flickr instead of pBase, as you pointed out all I got was my URL's, bracketed by the danged image tags!! GACK! After several frustrating trial-and-error attempts, I just uploaded the images to pBase, and copied down the URL's there, and the went back to the old way (the one I knew), and it worked!
