    Newbie...

    My name is El, I recently became interested in photography. I used to own a Canon Rebel XT and mainly used the auto mode, my friend purchased my Rebel and I am a new owner of a Canon 40D.

    I haven't played much with the camera. I've been shooting in manual mode as much as I can. I practice shooting anything and everything. I especially like shooting my 15 mos. old son. Although he is a challenge since he does not stay put.

    I am hoping to learn a lot more about photography in this forum and gets some tips and tricks on how to better use my camera.
