Hello out there in photography land : )

My name is Katrina, and I am a still relatively new business owner. I got my first semi-pro camera (a Nikon D60... pro to me compared to my old point-and-shoots!) about a year & a half ago to get started on my dream of having a photography business.

The specialty I REALLY want to get into is weddings, but I have dabbled in a few other areas in order to try getting my name out there and to gain more experience.

I just got my own domain a few months ago (bkmphotography.net... although I kinda hate my webhost because they won't switch my account to HTML so I can get rid of the drag-and-drop thing) and I'm now trying to get in with some local photographers to try and shadow them at weddings to learn even more.

I hope I can learn a lot from you guys, and maybe even teach a few things too! So, here we go!
