Question New and need advice on buying photos.

Hello and I hope it is ok to post here which I am doing because photo stock places are running me in circles and search engines aren't being much use. I figure a photo forum would be the best place to ask for help. I spend all last week emailing ever photo stock place I could fine and I am getting answer all over the board but no real answers. Anyways...

I've been a graphic designer for years and I need to buy some photos or photo stock CD that will allow me to put pictures in programs like Corel Draw, Word, Adobe Acrobat.. etc to create templates to sell in these file formats. The templates will be geared toward home business Mom which I have been since the early 1990's. These are my ideas of use if it even possible to get photos for either one, all or none. I am just tired of getting the run around and need pointed in the right direction.

    1) They can edit and print the file to sell physical product such as party planner would do or brochures. This is where I started so I know it works.
    2) Add text to a picture and possible other editing, then save as a png file ready for people to use on places like cafepress. (I get a lot of request for these and before someone ask, I simple don't have time to run my own store any longer.)
    3) Make pdf files which will be password protected so the person can't remember the image then the person can personalized or not, then resale or give away the pdf.

Any thoughts on where I can shop for this project?
Thank you very much for your time and any advance will be much appreciated.
    Kimberly

The usual Royalty free Stock company works like this
They sell various resolutions of the photos, The higher the resolution the higher the price. They run from about $2 to $30 each

All of those come with a "Standard Licence" That allows you to do certain things. However they don't cover what you want to do. For Electronic templates for resale or for Resale printed items, like those you want to make at Cafe Press. You would need to also Purchase the "Extended License" which can add about $100 -200 per photo
