Hello
Hi everyone,
Finally purchased a new camera that I am very excited about (D7000). This will be my first DSLR, upgrading from a Nikon N64 I received as a present years ago. I have been shooting mostly just landscape shots, but the ability to actually get results has allowed me to venture into the manual mode more then I ever would have with film.
Looking forward to contributing to the forum!
Thanks,
Matt

Oh hai. Welcome.
Do you mean the immediacy of digital imagery, versus the time and expense of film photography, is allowing you to work more often in manual mode?Canon Digital Rebel

Yes Jaemie, the ability to save cash and to see immediate results is what I like the best.
