    Just joined from Sacramento, CA!

    My gf and I just picked up a d3200 kit from Costco today. Been familiar with the basics (shutter, ISO, white balance etc) and Photoshop on point and shoot cameras and now get a real platform to work from! Excited about the possibilities

    Welcome. My daughter just got a D3200 and I've been going over the operation of it with her for the past few weeks. I have a D80 so a lot of the controls are similar. From what I can tell so far it's a great camera for a beginner or intermediate photographers. I'm sure you'll be pleased with yours.
    By the way, I'm just up the road from you in Woodland.
