TPF Noob! 		Delightful image of a very happy child fooling around in the water. One slight sugestion to improve, even if only slightly, at present the child takes up the centre of the image. Move the camera (or crop) to leave her head on the line of third down and third across as per 'The rule of thirds'. This would leave her looking into the picture more rather than looking slightly out.
