I have wanted a shot (good one) of a redtail hawk for so long! I never found a way to get close enough to one.. this afternoon I parked my truck near an old adventure area of my younger days, looked up.. and here we are!! The hawk was still too far away, but I did my best., here are a couple, and some of the area.

Raymond Hawks are very elusive to get a good shot. Every time I see one close enough, by the time I step out of the car they take off. SOmetimes I am ove a couple of hundred feet away. They must have eyes like a Hawk. :lmao: Well done on these so far. Better than I have been able to do so far.
