The expressions in the 2nd and 3rd are just uncomfortable looking to me. I'd toss them.

#1. Yes, to much skin smoothing. Looks plastic.

#2. Light to close to the lens axis (no facial modeling, looks flat). The position of her right arm makes it look like she's holding a P&S and making a self portrait.

#3 nice lighting. The leading line of the umbrella handle draws the viewers eye away from her and up into the umbrella.

#4 the pose accentuates her paunch which is not very flattering. The pose also seems to make her arms look more plump too.

In all 4 having the shoulders square, or nearly square to the camera detracts from her femininity, IMO.

^^^ Yup...KmH's evaluation of all four photos is pretty much spot-on. None of these are really flattering to this young woman.
