Hi, saw a Martial Arts demonstration last weekend and tried to get some stop action shots. C&C welcomed. I used a camera mounted SB800 set to TTL.

They look good to me. I think I would have liked to have a higher aperture to blur the background more to draw more attention to the subjects.

I took taekwondo for a few years. I remember breaking those silly boards

Thanks Lyncca, I'll keep that aperture comment in mind next time.
Yea, I broke a few boards myself back in the day, it was a lot of fun. Boy that was many moons ago. I'm talking back in the 60's.

Good shots. I agree I would go for a lower fstop. I taught American Kenpo for quite a while. Even had my own studio in SoCal for a while.
