Thoughts, comments? Just don't tell me to go back and re-shoot it.
Hard to see any detail with it this small...
I screwed up. Is that any better? My browser showed it quite big.
Yes, much. Now I can tell that that's a rag, not the oil spill I thought it was on the small version.
I like it, but I can't decide if the shadowed side of the bike needs more light, or if it's fine how it is...
I like it. I would re shoot it just for the fun of it.
YA definately go re shoot it, but include more bike pics, including info and past excursions!
If your into photoshopping a B&W HDR may help with exposure here?
Or maby just move the bike more into the ambient light.
interesting shot though
ok, glad you people kinda like it, but I said no re-shooting for a reason- this was in Quito, Ecuador. I'm in Canada now. It's something like 15 000 kilometers away!
haha, good to have you back. pushaw on the "more light and detail" bit. lack of light is just as important as light for the feel of an image. i told you before that i liked this and i still do. nice range of tones. whites to blacks, contrast all over. i want to see more of your landscapes though.
I really like this. It's interesting, and I think its because of the tonal range. I like it because there isn't any real direct lighting on the bike giving it good contrast with the background.
