1, can you only buy a membership with paypal? not visa ect?

2, can you set up your account to get a notification when a forum you have started has been replied to via email or notification on the site itself?

You should be able to pay through PayPal with a credit card and not have to register at PP.

Ask the administrator. I do not have a PP account so I made out a cheque to pay for my membership. I do not know if I can give you the address but I will let admin do that for you instead.
