24-70mm f/2.8, Yeah Baby!!! (but there's a catch...dammit...)

well good luck. I lost 35 lbs. this summer after being diagnosed with multiple heart conditions. it was mostly through skipping meals and portion control. Once the weight started coming off it was easy. I have been maintaining it pretty good. I am hungry a lot but keep a few granola bars/fruit snacks handy for emergencies :)

I have enjoyed having the pounds off.it makes it a lot easy to move around.
 
My girlfriend did something similar with me. Its totally worth it, I actually feel so much better now that I have lost weight. Its a win win situation.
 
Juice!! I'm trying to loose my baby weight and we got a blendtec blender. I have lost 5 pounds in 1 1/2 weeks just by drinking whole juices! Good luck :) Only catch, its a 400$ blender :lol:
 
Eat everything you usually do, just 1/2 as much. You'll loose the weight, I did.
 
Just want to add how amazing juicing is! For breakfast we made a smoothie with a whole avacado, 4 cups of spinach, a banana, berries, and flax! Even my 2 year old drank it. Super super yummy and soooo healthy!
