First shot really is a beauty - maybe crop a little of the right to give it some direction and make it a little less central, but other than that a great shot!
Second shot looks like you were very limited with lighting so a good capture in tricky conditions
I like what you are doing with the 3rd shot, but I think 2 things are holding it back. Firstly the focus appears to have missed the eye, which is a shame as eyes are the main focal point of most wildlife shots - especailly with the compositio you have gone for. Secondly I feel that the eye area is way too dark, dialing in some overexposure would have helped (exposure compensation) to get that black eye showing more detail and standing out more from its surroundings.
