    Wow! Bugs really look so alien up close!

    I think these shots are a good start, but I would try to fill the whole frame with the bug. Because of the its dark colour, the background competes with it. Having the bug bigger will make it pop out more, imo.

    yeah love the bugs, lose the background. there's too much there my eyes are drawn to the background in almost every picture

    thanks guys ,at 3X mag on a 1 or 2 mm subject and moveing its a bit hard to frame just how you like handheld but i'll try harder next time
