TPF Noob!
I ordered some new lighting from AlienBee's and a 48" light tent cube from Ritz Camera. Got the lighting super fast and still waiting on the cube. Anyone know of a place they may have one in stock or can get one fairly quick?!?! (other than ebay please)
Fustrated! Need to take some photos for work and use the new lights but Ritz has a horrible shipping time. Website said "In Stock" when I ordered; made sure of that because it say's if its not will take 3-4 weeks to receive! What!; I could order one from China and it would be here 2 weeks before that. Called talked to customer service and they informed me that it was being "dropped shipped" from Smith Victor the manufacture. It's now been 14 biz days and still nothing. Should have went with my gut and cancel my order then. I absolutely hate Ritz!
