They all have some interest. Some of my random thoughts as I looked at them.

I like the DOF in the first one.

I would have included more of the orange car (shot lower).

The bird seems too centered. I would shoot that one with the bird more to the right in the frame, giving him more space to look into, and maybe zoom in a hint.

The colors are nice on that last one. It looks somewhat challenging because the point of focus appears to be in sunlight, while the rest is in shadow. I might have tried shooting more from the right (if you can without falling off a dock or something) looking down the chain so mostly chain and blue boat are in the image and not the items in the background left. This is a situation where a few different things could work, that's just one idea. If you had something to block and diffuse the sun on the link where the focus is that might be ideal, or fill flash on the rest of the chain (if wireless flash is an option).

I like the exposure and colors in these images, but I feel the composition is a bit off. Clipping the front bumper on the car, centering the pigeon, and clipping edges of the sign... btw awesome car in the pics.

I agree with Tim!

Enjoyed looking though, THANKS!

Thanks guys! After i got home i totally kicked myself for cutting off the car as i think it was so close to being a really great picture but wish i would have gotten just a bit more in there. Kinda bummed about the head peaking out of the bottom of pic 2 as well but i suspect if i get better with photoshop i could do something about that.

I like 3 and 5, though in 5 I don't know why you decided to cut off half the car, would include it completely, or at least the whole body. Like the DoF on #5. Good job. #4 is your weakest though IMO, bird is too centered.

I was trying to get a cool effect focussing on the front of the car and forgot to pay attention as to what i was cutting off. I'd chalk it up to rookie mistake.

Don't worry about it, it's way too easy to focus on one or two things and forget some stuff, especially composing. But the more you shoot the less you forget cuz more and more of it comes naturally ;)

Yeah, thats what i figure too. I feel myself getting a little better every time i go out.

Thanks again for the feedback and support, really appreciate it!
