The young lady has rather broad shoulders, and the first pose accentuates them as does the fact that it appears to me she hunched them up. Turning her about 30 degrees away from the camera may be 'old school' but it sure takes the pounds off, and asking her to RELAX will take care of the hunched shoulders.

# 2. Lighting is rather nice but the pose is kinda static. She is straight up and down and she has no receiving area to look into.

# 3. Again lighting is nice but the extended arm looks out of place, and I believe the image is not quite in focus.
