So, i have $75 in gift cards to spend at Henry's.

I already have an Olympus E-500 with two kit lenses, a bag, a spare battery, 1 hoya UV filter, and a 2GB memory card.

What should I buy?

(Note: I will be buying the FL-36 flash, but I'm getting that in the US from B&H so I can save $130!!!)

A circular polarizer filter would be good.
You could get a mid level tripod.
More memory would be nice (although you can probably get more for your money, somewhere else)
A remote shutter release (good accessory with a tripod).
Do they have printing services? You could use it for getting your images printed.
Lens hoods.

Whoops, sorry, should have mentioned, yes I already have a tri-pod, and the two kit lenses both came with lens hoods, but they are good suggestions.

I like the idea of the polarizer... I've been thinking of it.

Does Olympus make a "nifty fifty" of their own?

If you mean a 50mm Prime, yes I believe they do. I'm going to be buying a flash from B&H, so I was thinking maybe of getting a flash diffuser.

cleaning supplies.

What sort of cleaning supplies? I have a lens pen, and of course a cloth, what else is there?
