    Okay, I am finally get out there and shooting my kids (with the camera LOL)!. I generally prefer less posed photos (ie photos that take less time to set up) but I've had this picture in my head for a while... Didn't turn out exactly how I envisioned it, but I like it anyway.

    I also added a texture, something I've never done before.

    Eric, I dislike putting anything on the web without a watermark (I've had one of my images lifted from another photoforum before) but since it is my own kid, here it is

    Nicely done! Beautiful tones and DOF, nice theme and composition. I'd clone out the white things floating in space behind his left ear.

    Buckster, you are totally right about the white things... I didn't even notice them, because I knew what they were (the spaces between the planks in the neighbour's fence LOL)!
