    I wonder if the background were to be completely removed, or all blackened if it would add to the impact of this image. Nicely done though.

    Hmmm...I still prefer the natural dark background. I like the contrast in the picture. ;)

    agree , the bokeh is fine, it's more natural that way. otherwise would be too graphical and artificial.

    however, the background on this second one is a bit of a distraction, might do better with a shallower DOF
