A couple from today

Was getting a little bored so went for a wander. Took the 'new' Linhof with me so had my B&W head on. These are from the digital, but I did shoot the second one with the Linhof as well. I've only exposed 4 sheets since I got it so it's still an unknown quantity. But 4 sheets is enough for a litre of chemicals. Should get around to developing them tomorrow.

I liked the shape, almost as though it was a repetition of the mountains.

The first one has "character" - don't know how else to put it. As far as the second one goes, it doesn't appear to have much in the range of tonal contrast, but then maybe that is just me, and maybe that doesn't matter.

I don't really like too much contrast, having everything at the extremes, but on looking at this again then I would agree that the foreground was a little flat so I updated it and re-posted the original.
