#1 is a shot I recently re-edited from a HDR image I took last year. #2 is one of the last outdoor shots I took last year.

I have been away from photography for a few months, the bad weather and a reno has kept me away. But I am definitely getting back into it this weekend.

I'm not super crazy about the comp in the first one but the detail is absolutely fantastic.

Well, I like the first one because it is almost like an illusion. It looks like you are almost looking straight up at first, then when you go down the picture more it looks like you are looking more forward.

Thanks for the honesty. There was always something "off" in the composition of that one too. I don't know how I would reframe it though. Maybe less negative space would look better.

I never though my photos would induce motion sickness. Not sure if it's a good or bad thing really.
