    Finally broke down and got the 50mm 1.8 came in the mail today. LOVE it. Many shoots planned :mrgreen:

    I love my 50 1.8. Did you enlarge these? They seem noisy.

    no they might be noisy from the high ISO however :mrgreen:

    Yeah definatly dont need ISO 1600 on these, but i them how ever :D

    That was my first lens for my new D90, my 2nd was the 18-135mm/3.5-5.6.
    +1 on lowering that ISO. Always try and keep the ISO as low as possible.
    I mainly shoot Aperture Priority. Lowest possible iso, run the aperture open as far as possible (1.8) see what your shutter speed is,..if you have room and want more depth of field, then crank up the aperture some.

    i would play with the contrast and the brightness a little see if you can get them a little sharper
