The first and second might look a bit better had their heads sat higher than the horizon line and one is a bit dark as noted above. The third, you may want to consider cropping the bell and umbrella as they distract from the birds. You should get a polarizing filter to enhance the sky and clouds for scenes like 4. I think the birds you have there are pretty cool looking though. Good shots!
The horizon should be level in your pictures. When it's slanted/tilted it's really distracting and bothersome to look at.
The first image is really underexposed. It might have been good to shoot the pelicans from a lower point of view so that the buildings in the background wouldn't become part of the birds.
