The subjects are cool but the photos are ordinary and don't do them justice. Compositions are awkward.

Snapshot quality and the color/WB is off. Focus is off in most of them. Light subjects with light background = poor contrast.

A few are at subject's POV but most are just shooting downward... ordinary.

Keep at it.

The gecko's expression is pretty funny. Compose your background, frame it right and fix the light, then show that gecko to it's full potential.

The light for the snake photos seems very flat, there needs to be some contrast created, especially with that type of animal.

with a decent background they'd be very good

Actually all i used was on over head heat lamp for the "shoot" because its mid winter and wanted to warm them up to be more active. I need a flash or some studio lights
