    This is the first time I have ever had the patience to photograph any type of bugs...

    I love dragonflys...and they are hard to capture, always zooming around. My favs are #1 and #4...much better in color.

    Great photographs! My fave is the blue dragon (damsel?) though. I love everything about this image… The critter, stones, water, color, DOF and composition are all wonderful. This image deserves to be printed and hung on your “favorite photos” wall!

    thanks guys. I am really happy with the first shot as well (all except the closer wings are not in focus) other than that it made me happy to see the results of this one!

    wow, you did brilliant. The first dragonfly shot just knocks me of my wooden shoes. Great capture :)
