A few pics for C&C

I am very new to photography, but have taken a few pictures that I like. Please give constructive criticism as I really want to learn.

This is a bridge outside of town near where my kids were sledding yesterday. I converted it to black and white as it just looked a lot more interesting.

A picture I took at the river a couple of weeks ago:

As I was walking back to the car I saw this tree a beaver had been enjoying:

The first one is good, but would be better more centered. If it was taken from the middle of the bridge, and you were looking directly to the middle of the other side it would be much better. The other two are pretty good IMO, but I'm no expert.
